February 1, 2016 – Monitoring from Dotcom-Monitor server for BrowserView and UserView platforms at Frankfurt, Germany is unavailable since 9:00 AM CST. Our development team is researching for the root cause of the issue. Monitoring under ServerView platform is not affected. We will provide update as soon as it becomes available.
January, 28 2016. Due to the hardware failure on January 28th Dotcom-Monitor experienced delay in monitoring between 03:45 PM and 04:12 PM. The delay was due to a problem in automatic failover to our backup servers. Our engineers are researching the root cause of the issue.
