April 4th, 2016. Between 5:00 AM and 5:20AM CST, one of the web servers experienced performance degradation that effected some of the clients. Web server was manually restarted to resolve the situation. Monitoring and Alerting was not effected.
March 29, 2016 – 09:07 PM CST – Hong Kong, China monitoring location is back online.
March 29, 2016 – Monitoring from Dotcom-Monitor server at Hong Kong, China is unavailable since 03/29/2016 17:30 PM CST. We are working with hosting provider to resolve the issue. We will provide update as soon as it becomes available.
March 24, 2016 2:00 PM CST – Dotcom-Monitor location at Washington,D.C., USA (VA) network issue has been resolved. The issue was caused by one of our ISP’s upstream providers.
March 23, 2016 – Dotcom-Monitor location at Washington,D.C., USA (VA) has been experiencing network issues. There can be responses with timeout errors from VA location for some devices. We’re working with ISP for resolution. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
