April 18, 2016 7:40 AM CST – Warsaw, Poland monitoring location is back online.
April 18, 2016 – Monitoring from Dotcom-Monitor location at Warsaw, Poland is unavailable since 04/18/2016 1:55 AM CST due to network issues. ISP tech support is working for resolution. We will provide update as soon as it becomes available.
April 11th, 2016. Video Capture service currently experience some issue and may miss some recordings. Monitoring and all other functionality is not effected. Dotcom-Monitor is working on restoring video capture to 100% capacity.
April 8th, 2016. Between 12:15 AM and 12:30 AM CST, one of the web servers experienced performance degradation that effected some of the clients. Web server was manually restarted to resolve the situation. Monitoring and Alerting was not effected.
April, 7 2016. As per notice from Amazon Japan ISP, network maintenance within Clara Online Backbone Network will be performed on: Apr 19th, 2016(Tue) 0:00 – 6:00 (JST) Apr 26th, 2016(Tue) 0:00 – 6:00 (JST) There is a possibility that monitoring from Amazon Japan location may be unavailable during these periods.
