During 1/31/2017 4:30 AM – 5:00 AM CST monitoring from California, USA monitoring location for BrowserView & UserView platforms will be unavailable due to planned maintenance.
January 22nd around 11:30 PM dotcom-monitor encountered issue with DNS servers misconfiguration. DNS servers had to be reconfigured to address the problem. The issue resulted in unexpected sporadic monitoring between 11:30 PM and 12:20 AM. The root cause has been identified and changes put in place to prevent this issue
January 23, 2016 – Monitoring from MN, USA location for BrowserView and UserView platforms is back online.
January 23, 2016 – Monitoring from MN, USA location for BrowserView and UserView platforms is unavailable due to network problems. We’re working on resolution. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
January 20, 2016 – Monitoring from Dotcom-Monitor location at Buenos Aires, Argentina is back online.
January 20, 2016 – Dotcom-Monitor location at v is experiencing network issues and currenty is not available for monitoring from 03:30 PM CST. We are working with ISP on resolution. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
Wednesday 1/18/2017 around 4PM CST Dotcom-Monitor started to experience packet loss with upstream provider. This caused some delay in monitoring from certain locations, as server couldn’t process all requests coming in at the regular rate. Around 4:45 CST we failed-over to secondary link and service was restored completely by 5:00PM CST.
January 12, 2016 – Monitoring from Dotcom-Monitor location at TX, USA is back online.
January 12, 2016 – Dotcom-Monitor location at Texas, USA is experiencing network issues and currenty is not available for monitoring from 01:58 AM CST. We are working with ISP on resolution. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
Dotcom-Monitor experienced an outage due to DNS server misconfiguration that resulted in some services not being monitored Saturday, January 7th from 12:20PM to 2:15PM CST.
